The natural content of the oil in soybean hulls is around 1%. Increasing of the oil content in toasted soybean hulls depends on level of technological maturity of soybeans, cracking and aspirating parameters in dehulling process. The oil content in toasted soybean hulls, or the protein content, indicates to quality of the technological process during the preparation of soybenas for extraction.
