英语. In this paper a method for the determination of caffeine in beverages is presented. The caffeine is extracted by solid phase microextraction (SPME) and analysed by GC-MS. The method presents a good relative standard deviation (10.9%), a very good sensitivity (detection limit of 3 microng/l) and was used with tea and coffee samples
