What are you eating?

This article summarizes the results from the "What We Eat in America 1994-96" survey by USDA's Agricultural Research Service. It shows an increase in the number of meals eaten away from home by children, and that children have increased their consumption of non-milk beverages. They are consuming less calories from fat and the consumption trends of children and teens are very similar to adults.
