The paper presents the physico-chemical indices of CO2-grape seed meal with increased biological value and the recipes of the mixtures for the products extruded from cereal crops with the addition of CO2-grape seed meal, rich in nutrients, elaborated. The content of CO2-pomace of grape seeds used to obtain products with increased biological value has been substantiated.
