Die einzelnen Verfahren, wie Diagnose anhand von Schadsymptomen, direktes Isolieren, Ködertest und molekularbiologischer Nachweis (PCR) werden ausführlich beschrieben und für das jeweilige Untersuchungsmaterial (Pflanze, Boden, Wasser) modifiziert. Vor- und Nachteile sowie Besonderheiten der Nachweisverfahren werden diskutiert.

The methods as diagnosis by disease symptoms, by direct isolation, bait test and molecular technique (PCR) will be described in detail and will be modified for the different samples (plants, soil, water).
