Sour cherry, Schattenmorelle cv. shoots, obtained from in vitro culture, were rooted on different media. Highest percent of rooted plants was obtained on media containing 1.0 mg/l NAA and 1.0 mg/l IBA. Best roots from the morphological point of view, developed on media with IAA. (Authors)
