Evaluation of Spring Bread Wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) Genotypes in Terms of Agricultural Features | Yazlık Ekmeklik Buğday (Triticum aestivum L.) Genotiplerinin Tarımsal Özellikler Bakımından Değerlendirilmesi

إنجليزي. This study was carried out in Diyarbakir Center during the 2011-2012 production season. Experiment was conducted with 3 replications according to the randomized blocks trial dizayn. Experimental material was consisted 25 advanced lines. In terms of all the features examined, it was determined that there were significant differences between the genotypes at the level of p≤0.01. According to GGE biplot and correlation analysis results; It was observed that there was a positive and significant relationship between grain yield (GY) and test (TW) and thousand grain weight (TGW), and a negative and significant relationship with the protein ratio (PR) and wet guluten (WG). In addition, a negative correlation was found between grain hardness (GH) and GY, TW and TGW. According to the biplot model; PC1 36.39%, PC2 26.80%, PC1 + PC2 explained the variation between genotypes with a total of 63.19%. G8, G11 and G22 for GY, G17 and Sagittario for PR and WG were determined as the best lines, respectively. It was decided to follow the prominent lines, to continue the work for another year and to use the G2, G4, G17, Sagittario variety as a parent in quality oriented breeding programs.

اللغة التركية. Bu çalışma, 2011-2012 üretim sezonunda Diyarbakır Merkezde yürütülmüştür. Deneme tesadüf blokları deneme desenine göre 3 tekerrürlü olarak kurulmuştur. Deneme materyalini 25 genotip oluşturmuştur. İncele-nen tüm özellikler yönünden, genotipler arasında p≤0.01 düzeyinde önemli farklılıklar olduğu belirlenmiştir. GGE biplot ve korelasyon analizi sonuçlarına göre; tane verimi (TV) ile hektolitre (HL) ve bin tane ağırlığı (BT) arasında pozitif ve önemli, protein (PR) ve yaş guluten (YG) oranı ile negatif ve önemli ilişki olduğu gö-rülmüştür. Ayrıca, tane sertliği (SRT) ile TV, HL ve BT arasında negatif korelasyon olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Biplot modeline göre; PC1 %36.39, PC2 %26.80, PC1+PC2 toplamda %63.19 oranında genotipler arasındaki varyasyonu açıklamıştır. TV’de G8, G11 ve G22,  PR ve YG için G17 ve Sagittario en iyi hatlar olarak belir-lenmiştir. Özellikle, öne çıkan hatların takip edilerek çalışmanın bir yıl daha tekrarlanmasına ve G2, G4, G17, Sagittario çeşidinin kalite odaklı ıslah programlarında ebeveyn olarak kullanılmasına karar verilmiştir.
