Intensive phase fattening of bulls for introduction to the rations of aromatic feed addition provides the receipt of high-quality beef with high maintenance of dry matter in which albumen presents 18,8-19,3 %, and fat – 13,3-13,7 %. It is well-proven absence of negative influence of this addition on the tasting indexes of meat raw material, for her introduction to mixture of forage together with premics in mixed fodder composition.
