Composition of amino acids in apricot and plum stones

Protein content in apricot and plum stones is very ligh. In order to specify the value of these proteins, the qualitative composition of amino acids was investigated. The obtained results indicate a very high content of amino acids, between them the essential amino acids too, so that the apricot and plum stones can be considered as a very valuable soure for by-product production.
