The results of investigation of slaughter traits - yield and dressing percentage of carcasses, by-products of slaughtering, slaughter and chilling shrinkage of older lambs of Sjenicka Pramenka reared on the pasture, are presented in the paper. Investigation was done on 8 carcasses of male lambs and 8 carcasses of female lambs.
