Effects of two oligosaccharides on multiplication of Lactobacillus

Chinese. 研究低聚异麦芽糖(IMO)和低聚果糖(FOS)对乳酸菌体外增殖和雏鸡盲肠内增殖的影响。结果显示,IMO和FOS均对乳酸菌有一定生长促进作用,培养液pH值略有下降,但与对照组相比,差异不显著(P0.05);IMO和FOS可促进雏鸡盲肠乳酸菌的增殖、抑制大肠埃希菌的生长,在5d后呈现差异显著性(P0.05)。
