DEUTSCH: Berichtet wird ueber die Moeglichkeit der kontinuierlichen Kontrollmessung waehrend des gesamten Knetvorganges. Die vorgestellte Leistungs-Messanlage (Firma Brabender) besteht aus einem Messteil und einem Linienschreiber. Das Geraet ist fuer unterschiedliche Knetertypen und Teige geeignet. Anhand von Diagrammen werden Beispiele von mit solchen Leistungs-Messanlagen erhaltenen Kurven gegeben. Die Leistungs-Messanalge sichert eine gleichbleibende Knetung und verhindert Abweichungen in der Teigbereitung.
