English. In the present study, the chemical composition, the total phenolic content, proanthocyanidin composition, anthocyanin and flavonoid profile of cherry laurel (Laurocerasus officinalis) fruit were carried out. It is highly characteristic summer fruits of the Black Sea region of Turkey.
