German. Diaeten enthielten zu gut einem Drittel Weizenquellstaerke (ergaenzt durch Kleber) oder mechano-hydrothermisch aufgeschlossenes Getreide (Weizen oder Mais). Zum Teil wurden erhebliche Unterschiede bezueglich Verzehr, Zuwachs und Futterverwertung ermittelt. Systematische Unterschiede zwischen Weizen und Mais waren nicht zu erkennen.
