German. 50 mg Lasalocid/Tier u. Tag hatten einen positiven Einfluss auf den Eiweissgehalt im m.longiss. dorsi, der intramuskulaere Fettgehalt wurde verringert. Das Lammfleisch hatte das beste Safthaltevermoegen und die Farbintensitaet wurde positiv beeinflusst.
