It was observed that supplement of oil in mixtures for fatteners had an influence on the increase of polyunsaturated fatty acids content (PUFA) in backfat and also on the rise in concentration of malonic dialdehyde (MDA) in blood serum and TBA-RS level in back fat stored for 3 months.
