A literature review summarizes and discusses analytical procedures (particularly gas chromatography), laboratory requirements, and the use of standard solutions for the isolation and analysis of pesticide residues in foodstuffs. Multi-residue procedures applied to plant and meat tissues and water are outlined and illustrated.
