The analysis of the correspondence of the Ukrainian law standards "On the protection of Plant varieties rights" with the standards of the International Convention for the Protection of New Varieties of Plants was conducted.

There has been studied the Levis coefficients stability in very short dynamical series. It has been established that we can study the ecological stability of variety even in two years test. There has been pointed the growth absolutly coefficients in long test. Estimation of variety to demand three statistical characteristics - mean, coefficients of stability and elasticity.

On the basis of cyclic crosses, on the background of two pollen sterile testers, the combining ability for the content of K+ and Na+ ions of 20 pollinators with different levels of hibreeding (of Verkhnyachka, Lgov and Veseliy Podil origins) was studied. The pollinators were differentiated for their genetic value and the strategy for their further breeding improvement was established. Two hybrid combinations were found in which the low content of simultaneously 2 types of K + and Na+ ions was essentially proved. These characters in hybrids mostly depend on GCA of the pollinators.

Regarding to the unstable climate and diversity of the Ukrainian soils, approved by the authors Conception of adaptive planting systems foundation owing to the implementation of local, complex, integrated, selective-agro-technical programs, theoretical background and construction princi-pals of which described in the study, are grounded, for different ecological zones of Ukraine.

For estimation of adaptive of varieties it is offered to use the aggregate of estimations of stability and plasticity in the integrated index - rating of adaptive of varieties. The high rating of adaptive on the parameters of productivity have the varieties Elegia myronivska, Kolektyvna 3, Etud and Suita.

Three groups of winter wheat sorts were selected according to their reaction on sowing terms in the Western region of Ukraine. It is shown, that in order to get hight and stable harvests of sorts of intensive type, it is necessary to fit for the terms of sowing with knowing their economic-biological properties and terms of growing.

The main principles of the forming of the scientifically based variety policy of Ukraine are described. A great role during the creating of varieties and hybrids with certain quantitative and qualitative characteristics belongs to the producers of the cereal and seed production, enterprises of the processing industry, firms, which supply their varieties to the world market.

Sugar beet hybrids are considered as a factor of intensification of the beet-sugar branch. At the modern stage of development of agriculture under condition of reduction of sugar beet sown area, shortage of material - technical resources which influence the formation of productivity of sugar beet as a crop of intensive type, hybrids must have a high genetically conditioned biological potential of productive ability, resistance to pests and diseases, abiotic stress factors, must have broad adaptive abilities. Analysis of the modern sugar beet hybrids included bately in the state Register of plant varieties of Ukraine is presented. Transfer of the branch to the intensive way of development is possible only under conditions of a complex approach to solving this problem.
