The influence of rapeseed cakes on milk composition

The influence on milk yield and quality of rapeseed cakes substituting in the effective dosage for 1/3 of grain was observed. 23 Black-Spotted dairy cows were divided into 3 groups. Significantly highest daily milk yield was 15.57 kg with fat content 3.83 % (v. control 14.45 kg at 3.96 %). 3.10 % protein content was achieved in the experimental group fed rapeseed cakes at the effective dosage (vs. control of 3.13 %).
