Determination of carbohydrates of honey by high performance liquid chromatography

We investigated sugar spectrum of 11 honey samples with different botanical origin by the use of HPLC.It was established quantity of predominant sugars varies in accordans with the honey kind from 31.01 to 41.44 for fructose and from 23.26 to 30.28 for glucose.
