HPLC determination of triglycerides in vegetable oils

We have analysed triglyceride content of oils of ripe seeds selected from the most important oil plants: sunflower, olive, soya and rapeseed. Results obtained from sunflower and olive oil are shown in this paper. Separation and quantity determination of some triglycerides from mixture have been done by HPLC method. Identification of separated triglyceride peaks was done from collected triglyceride peaks using gas-chromatography method (GLC).
