[Biologically active substances in apple fruit]

Inglés. The pattern is investigated of accumulating biologically active substances in apple fruit of the varieties under study during the vegetation and in the course of storing. The varieties, which did not lose fruit taste and nutrient qualities while storing thereof are isolated.
