Мета. Визначити вплив умов зволоження та обробки насіння біологічними препаратами Азотофіт-р, Фітоцид, Мікофренд-р, Органік-баланс Монофосфор на ростові процеси на початкових етапах життя рослин, формування густоти стояння та урожайність зерна сортів пшениці озимої. Методи. Для досліджень використовували загально­наукові, спеціальні, польові, математично-ста­тистичні та розрахунково-порівняльні методи. Результати. Запорукою високої врожайності пшениці озимої є одержання дружних сходів, формування оптимальної густоти стояння рослин на час збирання з урахуванням показників їх виживаності, коефіцієнту продуктивної кущистості та вивчення нових сортів, адаптованих до змін клімату. За результатами досліджень визначено, що в середньому за 2020–2022 рр. більшу урожайність зерна серед досліджуваних сортів пшениці озимої сформовано у рослин сорту ‘Дума одеська’ (8,38 т/га) на зрошенні у варіанті з передпосівною обробкою насіння біопрепаратом Азотофіт-р, що на 0,78 т/га більше, порівнюючи з контролем (обробка водою). У варіанті без зрошення урожайність становила 6,08 т/га, що менше за контроль на 2,3 т/га або 27,4%. Висновки. Розроблені елементи технології вирощування сортів пшениці озимої дають можливість сформувати оптимальну густоту стояння рослин та значно підвищити урожайність зерна в умовах Південного Степу України.

Purpose. To determine the influence of the moistening conditions and treatment of seeds with biological preparations Azotofit-r, Fitotsyd, Mycofriend-r, Orhanik-balans Monofosfor on growth processes at the initial plant life stages, formation of stand density and grain yield of winter wheat varieties. Methods. General scientific, special, field, mathematical-statistical and calculation-comparative methods were used for research. Results. The key to a high yield of winter wheat is in obtaining even stands, forming the optimal density of plant stands at the time of harvesting, taking into account their survival rates, the coefficient of productive tillering, and the study of new varieties adapted to climate changes. According to the research results, it was determined that, on average, for 2020–2022, the highest grain yield among the studied varieties of winter wheat was recorded in plants of the variety ‘Duma Odeska’ (8.38 t/ha) under irrigation in the variant with pre-sowing treatment of seeds with the biopreparation Azotofit-r, which was 0.78 t/ha more compared to the control (treatment with water). In the variant without irrigation, the yield was 6.08 t/ha, which was less than the control by 2.3 t/ha or 27.4%. Conclusions. The developed elements of the technology of winter wheat varieties growing make it possible to form the optimal plant density and significantly increase grain yield in the conditions of the Southern Steppe of Ukraine | Мета. Мета. Оцінити сорти ‘МІП Ассоль’, ‘Балада Миронівська’, ‘Грація Миронівська’, ‘МІП Ювілейна’, ‘МІП Лада’, ‘МІП Дніпрянка’ та сорт-стандарт ‘Подолянка’ і перспективні селекційні лінії ‘Еритроспермум 55023’, ‘Лютесценс 22198’, ‘Лютесценс 37519’, ‘Лютесценс 60049’ і ‘Лютесценс 60107’ пшениці озимої миронівської селекції за показниками якості зерна. Методи. Дослідження проводили впродовж 2019–2021 рр. у селекційній сівозміні лабораторії селекції озимої пшениці Миронівського інституту пшениці імені В. М. Ремесла НААН України. Основні методи досліджень – лабораторний, польовий та аналітичний, доповнені вимірами, підрахунками і спостереженнями. Результати. За вмістом білка протягом першого строку сівби кращими були такі селекційні лінії: ‘Еритроспермум 55023’ (11,9%), ‘Лютесценс 55198’ (12,8%), ‘Лютесценс 37519’ (11,7%) та ‘Лютесценс 60107’ (10,7%). Упродовж другого строку сівби кращими сортами та селекційними лініями виявились: ‘Грація МИР’ (11,4%), ‘МІП Дніпрянка’ (12,3%), ‘Еритроспермум 55023’ (12,3%), ‘Лютесценс 55198’ (11,4%), ‘Лютесценс 37519’ (12,3%) та ‘Лютесценс 60049’ (12,8%). За показником склоподібності зерна протягом першого строку сівби можна виділити: ‘Балада МИР’ (86,7%), ‘МІП Лада’ (89,3%), ‘МІП Дніпрянка’ (87,3%), ‘Еритроспермум 55023’ (86,3%), ‘Лютесценс 55198’ (94,3%) та ‘Лютесценс 37519’ (91,0%). Впродовж другого строку сівби – ‘Балада МИР’ (86,7%), ‘Грація МИР’ (79,3%), ‘МІП Лада’ (85,0%), ‘МІП Дніпрянка’ (81,7%) і селекційні лінії ‘Лютесценс 55198’ (80,7%) та ‘Лютесценс 60049’ (81,3%). За вмістом сирої клейковини виокремлено сорт ‘Грація МИР’ (26,2%). У всіх досліджуваних селекційних ліній значення показника вмісту сирої клейковини варіювалося від 26,0 до 29,9%. Протягом другого строку сівби вищий відсоток вмісту сирої клейковини відмічено у сортів ‘Грація МИР’ (29,9%) та ‘МІП Дніпрянка’ (27,4%) і селекційних ліній ‘Еритроспермум 55023’ (28,4%), ‘Лютесценс 55198’ (27,4%), ‘Лютесценс 37519’ (27,1%) і ‘Лютесценс 60049’ (29,1%). Висновки. Впродовж трьох років спостережень погодні умови відрізнялися за кількістю опадів та сумою активних температур як у період вегетації, так і в період цвітіння – достигання, що суттєво вплинуло на результати аналізу якісних показників зерна сортів та перспективних ліній пшениці озимої. Проаналізувавши отримані результати, можна виділити сорти ‘Грація МИР’ і ‘МІП Дніпрянка’, а також селекційні лінії ‘ЕР 55023’, ‘ЛЮТ 55198’, ‘ЛЮТ 37519’ і ‘ЛЮТ 60049’, що перевищували сорт-стандарт ‘Подолянка’ та середнє значення по досліду за такими основними показниками, як вміст білка та клейковини, склоподібність і маса 1000 насінин

En Perú se producen más de 3500 variedades de papas, sin embargo, es poca la información disponible sobre las propiedades antioxidantes que poseen. El objetivo de la investigación fue evaluar el efecto de los tratamientos térmicos de hervido y de fritura, y la digestión in vitro en el contenido de polifenoles totales, antocianinas y actividad antioxidante en cuatro variedades de papas nativas. Las papas nativas clon de pulpa rojo (C1), clon de pulpa azul (C2), variedad Elena 1198 (V4) y la variedad Kitipsho (V8) fueron obtenidas del centro poblado de Huallmish a 3500 m s.n.m. para la evaluación de principios activos, las muestras sometidas a cocción y fritura fueron licuadas y se realizaron extracciones con metanol y también se realizó la digestión in vitro. Los resultados en las papas nativas mostraron diferencias en peso, longitud y diámetro, además, tampoco se encontró la presencia de vitamina C. Los tratamientos térmicos mediante hervido, fritura y luego del proceso de digestión in vitro, indujeron variaciones en el contenido de componentes bioactivos (P < 0,05), donde las cuatro variedades de papa mostraron un incremento en su capacidad para inhibir el catión abts, lo que estaría relacionado con el tipo de antioxidante y el potencial de hidrógeno del medio al cual fue sometido durante la digestión in vitro. En conclusión, las muestras de papas nativas luego de los tratamientos de hervido, fritura y digestión in vitro incrementaron la actividad antioxidante para secuestrar el catión ABTS.

Climate change has been affecting agriculture activities, particularly, in the Andean Region, given its high level of exposure, sensitivity and low adaptive capacity. The adaptive response of Andean agriculture to a variation in water availability due to climate change was evaluated. For this, a hydro-economic model was developed that integrates two modules: hydrological modeling based on SWAT and an economic optimization model based on PMP. There is a high agricultural vulnerability to climate change, situation that could be reversed through the application of an agricultural policy based on the efficient use of water. | El cambio climático viene afectando de manera diferenciada a la agricultura, en particular, en la zona andina, dada su alta exposición, sensibilidad y baja capacidad adaptativa. Se evaluó la respuesta adaptativa de la agricultura andina frente a una variación de la disponibilidad hídrica debido al cambio climático en base al modelo hidro-económico que integra dos módulos: el modelamiento hidrológico en base al SWAT y un modelo económico de optimización en base al PMP. Climate change could potentially interrupt progress toward a world without hunger. A robust and coherent global pattern is discernible of the impacts of climate change on crop productivity that could have consequences for food availability. The stability of whole food systems may be at risk under climate change because of short-term variability in supply. However, the potential impact is less clear at regional scales, but it is likely that climate variability and change will exacerbate food insecurity in areas currently vulnerable to hunger and undernutrition. Likewise, it can be anticipated that food access and utilization will be affected indirectly via collateral effects on household and individual incomes, and food utilization could be impaired by loss of access to drinking water and damage to health. The evidence supports the need for considerable investment in adaptation and mitigation actions toward a “climate-smart food system” that is more resilient to climate change influences on food security.

Purpose. To evaluate the varieties: ‘MIP Assol’, ‘Balada Myronivska’, ‘Hratsiia Myronivska’, ‘MIP Yuvileina’, ‘MIP Lada’, ‘MIP Dniprianka’ and the standard variety ‘Podolianka’ and promising breeding lines: ‘Erythrospermum 55023’, ‘Lutescens 22198’, ‘Lutescens 37519’, ‘Lutescens 60049’, ‘Lutescens 60107’ winter wheat of the Mironovka`s breeding according to grain quality indicators.Methods. The research was conducted during the 2019–2021 in the breeding crop rotation of the winter wheat breeding laboratory of the V. M. Remeslo Myronivka Institute of Wheat, NAАS of Ukraine. The main method of research was laboratory and field, supplemented by analytical studies, measurements, calculations and observations.Results. The following breeding lines were the best in terms of protein content during the first sowing period: ‘Erythrospermum 55023’ (11.9%), ‘Lutescens 55198’ (12.8%), ‘Lutescens 37519’ (11.7%) and ‘Lutescens 60107’ (10.7%). During the second sowing period, the best varieties and breeding lines turned out to be ‘Hratsiia Myronivska’ (11.4%), ‘MIP Dniprianka’ (12.3%), ‘Erythrospermum 55023’ (12.3 %), ‘Lutescens 55198’ (11.4%), ‘Lutescens 37519’ (12.3%) and ‘Lutescens 60049’ (12.8%). According to the grain vitrification index during the first sowing period, the following can be distinguished: ‘Balada Myronivska’ (86.7%), ‘MIP Lada’ (89.3%), ‘MIP Dniprianka’ (87.3%), ‘Erythrospermum 55023’ (86.3 %), ‘Lutescens 55198’ (94.3 %) and ‘Lutescens 37519’ (91.0 %). During the second sowing period, these were ‘Balada Myronivska’ (86.7%), ‘Hratsiia Myronivska’ (79.3%), ‘MIP Lada’ (85.0%), ‘MIP Dniprianka’ (81.7%) and breeding lines ‘Lutescens 55198’ (80.7%) and ‘Lutescens 60049’ (81.3%). According to the content of raw gluten, the variety ‘Hratsiia Myronivska’ (26.2%) was selected. For all studied breeding lines, the value of the crude gluten content indicator varied from 26.0% to 29.9%. Du­ring the second sowing period, a higher percentage of raw gluten content was noted in the varieties ‘Hratsiia Myronivska’ (29.9%) and ‘MIP Dniprianka’ (27.4%) and selection lines – ‘Erythrospermum 55023’ (28.4%), ‘Lutescens 55198’ (27.4%), ‘Lutescens 37519’ (27.1%) and ‘Lutescens 60049’ (29.1%).Conclusions. During the three years of observations, the weather conditions differed in the amount of precipitation and the sum of active temperatures both during the growing season and during the period of flowering and maturation, which significantly affected the results of the analysis of grain quality indicators of winter wheat varieties and promising lines. Having analyzed the obtained results, it is possible to single out the varieties ‘Hratsiia Myronivska’ and ‘MIP Dniprianka’, as well as the breeding lines: ‘Erythrospermum 55023’, ‘Lutescens 55198’, ‘Lutescens 37519’ and ‘Lutescens 60049’, which exceeded the standard variety ‘Podolianka’ and the average experimental values for such basic indicators as protein content, gluten content, vitreousness and 1000-seed weight. | Мета. Протягом другого строку сівби вищий відсоток вмісту сирої клейковини відмічено у сортів ‘Грація МИР’ (29,9%) та ‘МІП Дніпрянка’ (27,4%) і селекційних ліній ‘Еритроспермум 55023’ (28,4%), ‘Лютесценс 55198’ (27,4%), ‘Лютесценс 37519’ (27,1%) і ‘Лютесценс 60049’ (29,1%).Висновки. Впродовж трьох років спостережень погодні умови відрізнялися за кількістю опадів та сумою активних температур як у період вегетації, так і в період цвітіння – достигання, що суттєво вплинуло на результати аналізу якісних показників зерна сортів та перспективних ліній пшениці озимої. Проаналізувавши отримані результати, можна виділити сорти ‘Грація МИР’ і ‘МІП Дніпрянка’, а також селекційні лінії ‘ЕР 55023’, ‘ЛЮТ 55198’, ‘ЛЮТ 37519’ і ‘ЛЮТ 60049’, що перевищували сорт-стандарт ‘Подолянка’ та середнє значення по досліду за такими основними показниками, як вміст білка та клейковини, склоподібність і маса 1000 насінин

Мета. На основі багаторічних досліджень за комплексом господарсько-цінних ознак виокремити як вихідний матеріал для селекції за продуктивністю найліпші сорти проса прутоподібного (Panicum virgatum L.). До них належать сорти: ‘Pathfinder’, ‘Carthage’, ‘Blackwell’, ‘Морозко’, ‘Лядовське’ і ‘Зоряне’. Методи. Дослідження проводили протягом 2017–2021 рр. на базі Полтавського державного аграрного університету. Ґрунти дослідної ділянки колекції «Енергетичні культури» – чорноземи типові, з умістом гумусу на рівні 3,4%. Ділянки закладали з рендомізованим розміщенням варіантів в чотирикратній повторності згідно з методиками дослідної справи в агрономії. Також застосовували затверджені науково-практичні й методичні рекомендації до вирощування енергетичних культур. Для підтвердження істотної відмінності між досліджуваними сортами застосовували дисперсійний аналіз з використанням програм Excel та Statistica. Результати. Проведено групування сортів проса прутоподібного за тривалістю вегетаційного періоду на: ранньо- (до 160 діб), середньо- (161–171 доба) та пізньостиглі (понад 170 діб). Установлено комплексну стійкість сортів проса прутоподібного до посухи, морозів та вилягання рослин: ‘Cave-in-Rock’, ‘Зоряне’, ‘Морозко’ та ‘Лядовське’. Визначено, що господарсько-цінні ознаки більшою мірою залежать від сортових особливостей, аніж від умов вирощування. Урожайність наземної вегетативної маси за сухим залишком для досліджуваних сортів варіювала від 12,1 до 15,6 т/га. Висновки. Найпристосованішими до умов вирощування виявилися сорти проса прутоподібного ‘Cave-in-Rock’, ‘Зоряне’, ‘Морозко’ й ‘Лядовське’. Найбільша висота стеблостою відмічена для сортів: ‘Kanlow’ та ‘Cave-in-Rock’, найнижчими виявилися рослини сорту ‘Dacotah’. Значну кількість стебел та високу врожайність біомаси здатні забезпечити сорти проса прутоподібного ‘Pathfinder’, ‘Blackwell’, ‘Shelter’, ‘Carthage’ і ‘Зоряне’. Останні, разом з українським сор­том ‘Зоряне’, рекомендовано використовувати як вихідний матеріал для селекції культури за продуктивністю біомаси.

Purpose. On the basis of multi-year research on the complex of economically valuable characteristics, the best switchgrass varieties (Panicum virgatum L.) ‘Patfinder’, ‘Carthage’, ‘Blackwell’, ‘Morozko’, ‘Liadovske’ and ‘Zoriane’ were singled out as a source material for breeding for productivity. Methods. The research was conducted during 2017–2021 on the basis of the Poltava State Agrarian University. The soils of the experimental site of the “Energy Crops” collection are typical chernozems with a humus content of 3.4%. Plots were planted with randomized placement of options in four-fold repetition according to the methods of experimental work in agronomy. Also, approved scientific-practical and methodical recommendations for growing energy crops were applied. To confirm the significant difference between the studied varieties, dispersion analysis using Excel and Statistica programs was used. Results. Switchgrass varieties were grouped according to the duration of the growing season into: early- (up to 160 days), medium- (161–171 days) and late ripening (more than 170 days). The complex resistance of switchgrass varieties to drought, frost and plant lodging: ‘Cave-in-Rock’, ‘Zoriane’, ‘Morozko’ and ‘Liadovske’ was revealed. It was determined that economically valuable characteristics depend to a greater extent on varietal characteristics than on growing conditions. The yield of ground vegetative mass based on dry residue for the studied varie­ties varied from 12.1 to 15.6 t/ha. Сonclusions. The varieties ‘Cave-in-Rock’, ‘Zoriane’, ‘Morozko’, ‘Liadovske’ were the most adaptable to growing conditions. The switchgrass varieties ‘Kanlow’ and ‘Cave-in-rock’ provided the highest plant stand and switchgrass variety ‘Dacotah’ provided the lowest plant stand. Varieties ‘Pathfinder’, ‘Blackwell’, ‘Shelter’, ‘Carthage’ and ‘Zoriane’ were singled out according to the number of stems and productivity. The latter, together with the Ukrainian variety ‘Zoriane’, are recommended to be used as starting material for crop selection based on biomass productivity. | Мета. Мета. Визначення генетичних ефектів ПЖТ 1AL.1RS і 1ВL.1RS на врожайність, елементи продуктивності рослин та показники якості рекомбінантних ліній, установлення ефективності використання кожної з ПЖТ для створення досконаліших за цими ознаками сортів пшениці м’якої озимої в умовах ґрунтово-повітряних посух у степовій зоні України та розроблення селекційних заходівів зменшення негативних ефектів транслокацій для отримання генотипів з високими показниками якості зерна цінної і сильної пшениці. Методи. Польові експерименти, внутрішньовидова гібридизація, оцінювання селекційного матеріалу в польових умовах, методи лабораторного визначення показників хлібопекарських якостей зерна, електрофорез запасних білків, статистичні. Результати. У посушливих умовах Півдня України на великому експериментальному матеріалі селекційного процесу виявлено позитивний вплив ПЖТ 1AL.1RS на врожайність рекомбінантних ліній та основні елементи продуктивності рослин, що проявляється на фоні одночасного позитивного ефекту цієї транслокації на посухо- й жаростійкість. Використання в селекції пшениці ПЖТ 1ВL.1RS у цьому регіоні є менш перспективним заходом. Установлено, що введення шляхом гібридизації в місцевий генофонд пшениці м’якої озимої пшенично-житніх транслокацій 1АL.1RS та 1ВL.1RS змінює показники якості зерна. Зокрема, вміст білка, зазвичай, має тенденцію до підвищення, при цьому він суттєвіше зростає завдяки транслокації 1ВL.1RS. Показано, що частота отримання рекомбінантних ліній, які поєднують високу врожайність та мають добрі хлібопекарські властивості не нижче цінних і сильних пшениць, досить низька (1,7–6,1%). Однак, переваги за цим показником мають інтрогресивні лінії з ПЖТ 1АL.1RS. Використовуючи комбінування в процесі гібридизації ПЖТ з алелями з високим позитивним впливом на хлібопекарські властивості, а також створюючи гетерогенність у складі генотипів з ПЖТ і без них, можна спрямовано зменшувати негативний вплив ПЖТ на якість зерна пшениці м’якої озимої і створювати сорти з параметрами якості цінних і сильних пшениць. Висновки. Отримані результати дають підстави стверджувати, що використання ПЖТ 1AL.1RS є перспективним напрямом подальшого селекційного нарощування генетичного потенціалу врожайності сортів пшениці м’якої озимої в посушливих умовах Півдня України. У результаті повного циклу селекційного процесу на матеріалі з ПЖТ 1АL.1RS, створена серія сортів пшениці м’якої озимої – ‘Житниця одеська’, ‘Октава одеська’, ‘Ліга одеська’, ‘Дума одеська’, ‘Версія одеська’, які забезпечують підвищення врожайності на 10–15% порівняно зі стандартами та занесені до Державних реєстрів сортів рослин України та Молдови.

До польових належали розбивка дослідної ділянки та польові роботи. Лабораторний метод застосовували для аналізу рослин, оцінювання якості врожаю, дослідження фізичних, хімічних та мікробіологічних властивостей ґрунту. Статистичним та розрахунково-аналітичним методами обчислювали результати. Результати. За результатами досліджень до групи високопластичних сортів за ознакою «товарна врожайність» було віднесено сорти ‘Темний опал’, ‘МФІ-2’, ‘Сяйво’ та ‘Бадьорий’, де коефіцієнт регресії був у межах 0,57–0,78. Найвище значення селекційної цінності за ознакою «маса рослин» було відзначено у сорту ‘Темний опал’, Sc = 347,22. До групи високопластичних сортів за ознакою «маса рослин» було віднесено сорти ‘Містер Барнс’, ‘МФІ-2’, ‘Рутан’, ‘Сяйво’ та ‘Бадьорий’, для яких коефіцієнт регресії був у межах 0,91–0,99. До інтенсивних віднесли сорти ‘Темний опал’, ‘Єреванський’, ‘Аметист’ та ‘Лимонний аромат’. Показник коефіцієнту регресії для цих сортів знаходився у межах 1,03–1,16. Аналіз поєднання високої продуктивності, кількісних ознак структури врожаю з рівнем екологічної пластичності та стабільності свідчить про різні шляхи формування цих показників окремих сортів. Встановлено, що високий рівень пластичності та стабільності врожайності не гарантує аналогічного результату за окремими кількісними ознаками його структури. Висновки. За величиною параметрів варіювання ознак можна оцінювати ступінь адаптивності сортів васильків справжніх. Отримані результати дозволять об’єктивно оцінити адаптивно-продуктивний потенціал сортів та якісно провести добір вихідних форм для подальшої селекції на адаптивність.

Purpose of the research was to estimate the state of varietal resources and adaptive-and-productive potential of basil plants. Methods. Field, laboratory, statistical and calculation-analytical. The field work included marking out of the experimental plot and field work. The laboratory method was used to analyze plants, assess the quality of the crop, and study physical, chemical and microbiological properties of the soil. Statistical and analytical calculation methods were used to calculate the results. Results. The varieties of ‘Temnyi Opal’, ‘MFI-2’, ‘Siaivo’ and ‘Badioryi’ where the regression coefficient was in the range of 0.57–0.78 can be included to the group of highly plastic varieties by the “commodity yield” feature according to the results of research.  The highest rate of breeding value by the “plant weight” trait was observed in the variety of ‘Temnyi Opal’, Sc = 347.22. The group of highly plastic varieties on the basis of “plant weight” trait included the varieties ‘Mister Barns’, ‘MFI-2’, ‘Rutan’, ‘Siaivo’ and ‘Badioryi’, where the regression coefficient was in the range of 0.91–0.99. The varieties ‘Temnyi Opal’, ‘Yerevanskyi’, ‘Ametyst’ and ‘Lymonnyi Aromat’ were classified as intensive. The regression coefficient of these varieties was in the range of 1.03–1.16. The analysis of the combination of high productivity, quantitative characteristics of the crop structure with the level of ecological plasticity and stability indicates different ways of these indicators formation in separate varieties. It was revealed that a high level of plasticity and yield stability did not guarantee a similar result on some quantitative features of its structure. Conclusions. The degree of adaptability of basil varieties can also be assessed by the value of the parameters of features variation. The obtained results will allow more objectively assessing the adaptive-and-productive potential of varieties and qualitatively selecting initial forms for further breeding for adaptability. | Мета. Висвітлення особливостей інформаційної взаємодії Компетентного органу, Експертного закладу та Між­народного союзу з охорони нових сортів рослин (UPOV) в процесі забезпечення охорони прав на сорти рослин. Реалізація нового технологічного підходу під назвою витримки даних, які додають новий шар для категоризації запитів до сховища даних кваліфікаційної експертизи сортів рослин та інформації, яка супроводжує цей процес. А також, розкриття особливостей інформаційної технології надання доступу заявникам, володільцям, власникам та авторам сорту до інформації щодо їхніх сортів у процесі кваліфікаційної експертизи із забезпеченням високого рівня захисту від зовнішніх та внутрішніх загроз. Методи. В процесі проєктування сховища застосовано концепцію Вільяма Х. Інмона, адаптовану для сфери охорони прав на сорти рослин, а також теорію реляційних баз, сховищ та вітрин даних. Використано теорію побудови інформаційних систем, теорію об’єктно-орієнтованого проєктування, теорію безпеки інформаційних систем для удосконалення функціональної структури ІСЦ УІЕСР та забезпечення захисту даних, що в ній зберігаються. Результати. Досліджено інформаційні потреби у сфері охорони прав на сорти рослин. Визначено інформаційну технологію взаємодії Компетентного органу та Експертного закладу в сфері захисту прав на сорти рослин, а також надання інформації до міжнародної організації UPOV. Висвітлено особливості організації сховищ даних для збереження результатів експертиз ВОС та ПСП. Проаналізовано ідею поєднання концепції сховища і вітрини даних в одній реалізації, що дозволить використовувати сховище для інтелектуального аналізу даних,  як єдиного джерела інтегрованих даних усіх вітрин даних Компетентного органу, Експертного закладу в сфері охорони прав на сорти рослин та Електронного кабінету заявника. Проведено огляд методів захисту інформації від зовнішніх та внутрішніх загроз. Висновки. Розроблена інформаційна модель дозволить забезпечити електронну взаємодію  між Компетентним органом, Експертним закладом та UPOV, а також заявниками, які отримують інформацію щодо проходження і стану заявки  через програмний додаток «Сервіс-офіс – Кабінет заявника». Концепція використання  вітрин даних для Компетентного органу дозволила оптимізувати обсяги інформації, з якими працюють фахівці міністерства. Функціональний зміст інформаційної системи Експертного закладу повністю охоплює склад дій з кваліфікаційної експертизи сортів рослин. Розроблена інформаційна технологія забезпечення життєвого циклу інформаційних систем та захисту даних забезпечує захист від зовнішніх та внутрішніх загроз.

Purpose. Coverage of the peculiarities of information interaction between the Competent Authority, the Expert Institution, and the International Union for the Protection of New Varieties of Plants (UPOV) in the process of ensuring the protection of plant variety rights. Implementation of a new technological approach called data extraction which adds a new layer for categorization of queries to the data warehouse of qualification examination of plant varieties and information that accompanies this process. Also, disclosing the features of information technology provides access to applicants, owners, owners, and authors of varieties to information about their varieties in the process of qualification examination with a high level of protection against external and internal threats. Methods. The methodology of conceptual modeling of the subject area is applied, which includes the representation of the relational structure of databases, as well as the technology of designing data warehouses on the basis of a single conceptual model. The theory of the construction of information systems, the theory of databases, the theory of object-oriented design, the theory of security of information systems are used. Results. The analysis of existing information systems and technologies in agriculture is carried out. As well as means of information protection. Sources of information on the formation of the database and data repository of the results of qualification examination of plant varieties are considered. Particular attention is paid to the study of information needs in the field of protection of plant variety rights. problems of information dissemination are discussed. The information technology of interaction of the Competent and Expert body in the field of protection of the rights to plant varieties, and also providing of the information to the international organization UPOV is defined. Features of the organization of data warehouses for the preservation of results of DUS and VSU examinations are covered. The idea of combining the concept of storage and data showcase in one implementation is analyzed, which will allow using data storage both for data mining and as a single source of integrated data of all data showcases of the Competent Authority, Expert Body for Plant Variety Rights and the Applicant’s Electronic Cabinet. There is also a review of methods for protecting information from external and internal threats. Conclusions. An information model has been developed that provides electronic interaction between the Competent Authority, the Expert Institution, and UPOV and the display of information through the software application «Service Office - Applicant’s Office». The peculiarities of the data showcase of the Competent Authority are highlighted. The functional content of the information system of the Expert Body is highlighted. The information technology of ensuring the life cycle of information systems and data protection from external and internal threats has been developed | Мета. Розроблена інформаційна технологія забезпечення життєвого циклу інформаційних систем та захисту даних забезпечує захист від зовнішніх та внутрішніх загроз.

Мета. Оцінити екологічну пластичність урожайності проса посівного в умовах Степу, Лісостепу та Полісся України. Методи. Математико-статистичні: визначення стабільності та пластичності за методикою Ебергарда–Рассела, кореляційний аналіз. Результати. За результатами кореляційного аналізу посівних площ проса посівного за період 2011–2020 рр. визначено, що площі під посівами проса посівного в Україні залежать від світових (r = 0,34). Визначено, що високий рівень урожайності проса посівного отримано в зоні Лісостепу, а саме в Полтавській, Хмельницькій, Черкаській, Сумській та Харківській областях (2,20–2,51 т/га). Достатньо високі показники отримано у Вінницькій, Київській (зона Лісостепу) та Кіровоградській (зона Степу) областях (1,86–2,02 т/га). Низьку врожайність за 10 років відзначено у Рівненській, Житомирській та Волинській областях, які належать до зони Полісся (1,09–1,34 т/га). Показано, що протягом 2011–2015 рр. висока варіабельність урожайності проса спостерігалася в Хмельницькій, Вінницькій та Волинській областях. Коефіцієнт варіації становив 42,0–71,3%. У 2016–2020 рр. найбільшу варіацію відзначено в Донецькій, Волинській та Одеській областях. Коефіцієнт варіації – 31,8–43,9%. Визначено, що за період 2011–2015 рр. високою пластичністю врожайності проса посівного характеризуються Вінницька, Донецька, Київська, Кіровоградська, Сумська, Харківська, Хмельницька, Черкаська та Полтавська області. У проміжок із 2016 до 2020 рр. високу пластичність ознаки врожайності відзначено у Вінницькій, Київській, Харківській, Полтавській, Черкаській, Сумській та Хмельницькій областях. Висновки. За результатами проведених досліджень установлено, що під час скорочення посівних площ під просом посівним у світі, обсяг його виробництва в Україні збільшується. Визначено, що найбільша врожайність просо посівного за досліджувані роки отримана в зоні Лісостепу. Відповідно до розрахованої пластичності врожайності проса посівного визначено, що для реалізації біологічного потенціалу сприятливі умови були в Донецькій та Кіровоградській областях зони Степу, у лісостеповій зоні – Полтавська, Київська, Харківська, Хмельницька, Черкаська та Сумська області.

Purpose. To identify spring durum wheat accessions with high yield level and by yield components for their involvement in breeding programs as a source material. Methods. Field, statistical. Results. The results of the study of 65 collection samples of spring durum wheat of various ecological and geographical origin in terms of productivity in 2016–2018 are presented. The research results indicate that the samples of spring durum wheat had different yield level depending on the conditions of the year of cultivation. According to the calculations of the degree of yield stability parameters, the samples were found that ensure its level under fluctuations in weather conditions with regression coefficient close to one as follows ‘Omskiy izumrud’ (RUS), ‘Korona’, ‘Toma’, ‘Nauryz 6’ (KAZ), ‘Dura king’, ‘Candura’ (CAN), ‘Tera’, ‘Novatsiia’ (UKR), thus indicating their semi-intensive type. Collection samples of spring durum wheat that under optimal weather conditions are capable of producing significant yield increase are distinguished by wide ecological reaction. These are samples with regression coefficient more than one ‘MIP Raiduzhna’, ‘Hordeiforme 13-07’ (UKR), ‘Lan’, ‘Salaut’, ‘Ertol’ (KAZ), ‘Bezenchukskaya 205’, ‘Lilek’ (RUS). These samples can be characterized by their adaptive properties as intense ones, with a pronounced response to the environment. Over the years of the research, grain number per spike varied from 35.9 to 38.8 pcs. Year conditions in 2016 were the most favorable for plant growth and development, while index of conditions was 4.1, and the average grain number per spike was 41.4 pcs. Year conditions in 2017 and 2018 were less favorable for growth and development of durum spring wheat, and therefore there was a negative value of index of year conditions (lj = -5.1 and lj = 0.5, respectively) with less grain number per spike (32.2 and 38.2 pcs., respectively). According to the trait «1000 kernel weight», the samples were identified with regression coefficient close to one under fluctuations of weather conditions, i.e ‘Korona’, ‘Raya’ (KAZ), ‘Lilek’, ‘Bezenchukskaya 205’ (RUS), ‘MIP Raiduzhna’ (UKR). This study aimed to evaluate the performance and stability of agronomic and grain quality traits of 11 spring barley varieties from the Latvian breeding programme grown in two locations for four years. The study was carried out on 11 Latvian spring barley varieties: nine covered varieties ‘Abava’, ‘Ansis’, ‘Austris’, ‘Didzis’, ‘Gāte’, ‘Idumeja’, ‘Jumara’, ‘Kristaps’, and ‘Saule PR’ and two hull-less varieties ‘Irbe’ and ‘Kornelija’. Plants of the varieties were grown in field trials of the Institute of Agricultural Resources and Economics, at two sites (Priekuļi and Stende) during 2014–2017. Varieties ‘Didzis’, ‘Jumara’, and ‘Ansis’ yielded significantly above the grand mean in eight environments (5.70 t•haE−1; LSD = 0.476 t•haE−1). ‘Didzis’ showed relatively high dynamic yield stability and broad adaptability to all environments (bi = 0.90; b = 1; s2d = 0.07). Grain yield for varieties ‘Jumara’ and ‘Ansis’ showed specific adaptability to unfavourable environments (bi = 0.48 and 0.55, respectively; bi is less than 1). Some covered spring barley varieties were considered to be the best in eight environments with stable and high 1000 grain weight (‘Austris’, ‘Idumeja’), test weight (‘Gāte’, ‘Jumara’, ‘Austris’), lodging resistance (‘Austris’, ‘Jumara’, ‘Didzis’), resistance to Pyrenophora teres (‘Didzis’, ‘Saule PR’) and Blumeria graminis (‘Saule PR’, ‘Didzis’). Both hull-less barley varieties ‘Irbe’ and ‘Kornelija’ were distinguished for high crude protein and ß-glucan content.

The inconsistent prevalence of abiotic stress in most of the agroecosystems can be addressed through deployment of plant material with stress adaptive plasticity. The present study explores water stress induced plasticity for early root-shoot development, proline induction and cell membrane injury in 57 accessions of Aegilops tauschii (DD-genome) and 26 accessions of Triticum dicoccoides (AABB-genome) along with durum and bread wheat cultivars. Thirty three Ae. tauschii accessions and 18 T. dicoccoides accessions showed an increase in root dry weight (ranging from 1.8 to 294.75%) under water stress. Shoot parameters- length and biomass, by and large were suppressed by water stress, but genotypes with stress adaptive plasticity leading to improvement of shoot traits (e.g., Ae tauschii accession 14191 and T. dicoccoides accession 7130) could be identified. Water stress induced active responses, rather than passive repartitioning of biomass was indicated by better shoot growth in seedlings of genotypes with enhanced root growth under stress. Membrane injury seemed to work as a trigger to activate water stress adaptive cellular machinery and was found positively correlated with several root-shoot based adaptive responses in seedlings. Stress induced proline accumulation in leaf tissue showed marked inter- and intra-specific genetic variation but hardly any association with stress adaptive plasticity. Genotypic variation for early stage plasticity traits viz., change in root dry weight, shoot length, shoot fresh weight, shoot dry weight and membrane injury positively correlated with grain weight based stress tolerance index (r = 0.267, r = 0.404, r = 0.299, r = 0.526, and r = 0.359, respectively). In another such trend, adaptive seedling plasticity correlated positively with resistance to early flowering under stress (r = 0.372 with membrane injury, r = 0.286 with change in root length, r = 0.352 with change in shoot length, r = 0.268 with change in shoot dry weight). Overall, Ae. tauschii accessions 9816, 14109, 14128, and T. dicoccoides accessions 5259 and 7130 were identified as potential donors of stress adaptive plasticity. The prospect of the study for molecular marker tagging, cloning of plasticity genes and creation of elite synthetic hexaploid donors is discussed.

Untangling the genetic architecture of grain yield (GY) and yield stability is an important determining factor to optimize genomics-assisted selection strategies in wheat. We conducted in-depth investigation on the above using a large set of advanced bread wheat lines (4,302), which were genotyped with genotyping-by-sequencing markers and phenotyped under contrasting (irrigated and stress) environments. Haplotypes-based genome-wide-association study (GWAS) identified 58 associations with GY and 15 with superiority index Pi (measure of stability). Sixteen associations with GY were “environment-specific” with two on chromosomes 3B and 6B with the large effects and 8 associations were consistent across environments and trials. For Pi, 8 associations were from chromosomes 4B and 7B, indicating ‘hot spot’ regions for stability. Epistatic interactions contributed to an additional 5–9% variation on average. We further explored whether integrating consistent and robust associations identified in GWAS as fixed effects in prediction models improves prediction accuracy. For GY, the model accounting for the haplotype-based GWAS loci as fixed effects led to up to 9–10% increase in prediction accuracy, whereas for Pi this approach did not provide any advantage. This is the first report of integrating genetic architecture of GY and yield stability into prediction models in wheat.

Purpose. To analyze lines of competitive testing of soft spring wheat in terms of ecological plasticity and stability using statistical methods of analysis and identify lines with high stability of grain yield.Methods. The studies were carried out during 2018–2020, on the basis of the V. M. Remeslo Myronivka Institute of Wheat NAAS of Ukraine. When considering the results obtained, generally accepted methods of genetic and statistical analysis were used.Results. Evaluation of breeding material in different years makes it possible to obtain information about the characteristics of the reaction of genotypes to changes in environmental conditions. As a result of the studies, it was found that the lines Lutescens 14-32 (bi = 0.59), Erythrospermum 15-32 (bi = 0.44), Lutescens 14-47 (bi = 0.22) were of high plasticity. Calculations of ecological stability indicate that lines are considered stable, the variance of stability is zero or close to zero. From a practical point of view, lines with a combined manifestation of high ecological plasticity and stability are considered valuable. This was the line Erythro­spermum 15-32 (bi = 0.44; S2di = 0.01) that indicates its low reaction rate and the ability to provide a consistently high level of yield under any growing conditions. The most valuable are the genotypes that combine a low level of the coefficient of variation, high homeostaticity and bree­ding value, which include the lines Erythrospermum 15-32 (Hom = 206.42, Sc = 4.11), Lutescens 14-47 (Hom = 98.41, Sc = 3.91), Erythrospermum 17-08 (Hom = 78.57, Sc = 3.76), Erythrospermum 14-65 (Hom = 54.84, Sc = 3.75), Lutescens 14-32 (Hom = 54.60, Sc = 4.17), Lutescens 14-13 (Hom = 35.60, Sc = 3.78), Lutescens 14-48 (Hom = 46.66, Sc = 3.58).Conclusions. The evaluation of breeding material is of great importance when creating new high-performance varieties with adaptive potential. The method for assessing ecological plasticity and variants of its stability made it possible to differentiate wheat lines of soft spring competitive testing by their response to changes in gro­wing conditions. For a more optimal selection of breeding material in terms of ecological plasticity and stability, breeding programs should take into account ranked estimates of genotypes. | Мета. Використовуючи статистичні методи, проаналізувати за показниками екологічної пластичності та стабільності лінії конкурсного випробування пшениці м’якої ярої і виявити серед них такі, що вирізняються високою стабільністю врожайності зерна.Методи. Дослідження проводили протягом 2018–2020 рр. на базі Миронівського інституту пшениці імені В. М. Ремесла НААН. У процесі оброблення отриманих результатів послуговувалися загально­прийнятими методами генетико-статистичного аналізу.Результати. Оцінка селекційного матеріалу в різні роки дає змогу отримати інформацію щодо особливостей реакції генотипів на зміну екологічних умов. У результаті проведених досліджень встановлено, що високопластичними є лінії Lutescens 14-32 (bi = 0,59), Erythrospermum 15-32  (bi = 0,44) і Lutescens 14-47 (bi = 0,22). За розрахунками, екологічно стабільними вважають лінії, варіанса стабільності яких дорівнює нулю (S2di = 0,00) або близька до нуля (S2di = 0,01). З погляду практичності цінними є лінії із сукупним проявом високої екологічної пластичності та стабільності, а саме: Erythrospermum 15-32 (bi = 0,44; S2di = 0,01), що має низьку норму реакції та може забезпечувати незмінно високий рівень врожайності за будь-яких умов вирощування. Найціннішими є генотипи, що поєднують у собі низький рівень коефіцієнта варіації (CV ≤ 10,0%), високу гомеостатичність і селекційну цінність. Серед них – лінії Erythrospermum 15-32 (Hom = 206,42, Sc = 4,11), Lutescens 14-47 (Hom = 98,41, Sc = 3,91), Erythrospermum 17-08 (Hom = 78,57, Sc = 3,76), Erythrospermum 14-65 (Hom = 54,84, Sc = 3,75), Lutescens 14-32 (Hom = 54,60, Sc = 4,17), Lutescens 14-13 (Hom = 35,60, Sc = 3,78) і Lutescens 14-48 (Hom = 46,66, Sc = 3,58).Висновки. Оцінка селекційного матеріалу має важливе значення для створення нових високопродуктивних сортів з адаптивним потенціалом. Метод оцінки екологічної пластичності та варіанси її стабільності дав змогу диференціювати лінії пшениці м’якої ярої конкурсного випробування за реакцією на зміну умов вирощування. Для оптимальнішого відбору селекційного матеріалу за показниками екологічної пластичності та стабільності у селекційних програмах слід враховувати ранжовані оцінки генотипів.

Мета. Порівняльна оцінка за врожайністю та адаптивністю сортів ячменю ярого Миронівського інституту пшениці імені В. М. Ремесла НААН різних років реєстрації. Методи. Дослідження проведені в Миронівському інституті пшениці імені В. М. Ремесла НААН у 2013–2017 рр. відповідно до загальноприйнятих методик. Об’єкт досліджень – 19 сортів ячменю ярого миронівської селекції зареєстрованих в Україні за період 1995–2017 рр. Для характеристики взаємодії генотип–середовище та диференціації сортів за врожайністю і стабільністю використали низку найбільш поширених підходів: S. A. Eberhart, W. A. Russel (1966); G. Wricke (1962); C. S. Lin, M. R. Binns (1988); M. Huehn (1990); А. В. Кильчевский, Л. В. Хотылёва (1985); В. В. Хангильдин, Н. А. Литвиненко (1981); J. L. Purchase та ін. (2000); AMMI; GGE biplot. Результати. Частка умов року досліджень у загальній варіації становила 83,40%. Достовірні, але суттєво нижчі значення мали генотип – 10,65% та взаємодія генотип–середовище – 5,95%. Перші дві головні компоненти GGE biplot пояснювали дещо більшу частку взаємодії генотип–середовище (85,58%) порівняно з AMMI моделлю (80,9%). Кореляційний аналіз виявив, що середня врожайність (Mean) мала вищесередній зв’язок як з максимальним (Max) (r = 0,69), так і мінімальним (Mіn) (r = 0,72) її значеннями. Сильну позитивну кореляцію Mean виявлено з парамет­рами: СЦГі (r = 0,88), Hom (r = 0,86), Sc (r = 0,82). Дуже сильний негативний зв’язок Mean відзначено з Pi (r = -0,96). Для Max середній негативний зв’язок спостерігали лише з Pi (r = -0,60). Mіn сильно корелювала з Sc (r = 0,96), СЦГі (r = 0,87), Hom (r = 0,84). Негативну сильну кореляцію відзначено Min з Sgi (r = -0,86). Між деякими показниками виявлено зв’язок від функціонального позитивного: δ2CAЗi і Кgi (r = 1,00), Wi і Lgi (r = 0,98), СЦГі і Hom (r = 0,98), СЦГі і Sc (r = 0,96), S2di і Wi (r = 0,96), Wi і ASV (r = 0,94), Sc і Hom (r = 0,94), δ2CAЗi і bi (r = 0,93), S2di і ASV (r = 0,93) до сильного негативного: Sgi іСЦГі (r = -0,94), Sgi і Sc(r = -0,92), Sgi і Hom (r = -0,91), Pi і СЦГі (r = -0,83), Pi і Sc (r = -0,80), Pi і Hom (r = -0,79). Висновки. Системна порівняльна оцінка статистичними і графічними підходами свідчить, що внесені до Державного реєстру сортів рослин, придатних для поширення в Україні у 2016–2017 рр. сорти ячменю ярого ‘Віраж’, ‘Талісман Миронівський’, ‘МІП Мирний’, ‘МІП Салют’, ‘МІП Сотник’, ‘МІП Азарт’, ‘МІП Богун’ переважають створені на попередніх етапах селекційної роботи сорти як за продуктивним, так і адаптивним потенціалом.

Purpose. To estimate the ecological plasticity of common millet yield under conditions of Steppe, Forest-Steppe and Forest of Ukraine. Methods. Mathematical and statistical: determination of stability and plasticity by Eberhart &amp; Russell method, correlation analysis. Results. As a result of correlation analysis of millet cultivated areas during the period of 2011–2020, it was revealed that cultivated areas in Ukraine depend on the world ones (r = 0.34). It was determined that a high level of common millet yield was obtained in the forest-steppe zone, namely in Poltava, Khmelnytskyi, Cherkasy, Sumy and Kharkiv regions (2.20–2.51 t/ha). Quite high rates of yield were obtained in Vinnytsia, Kyiv (Forest-Steppe zone) and Kirovohrad (Steppe zone) regions (1.86–2.02 t/ha). Low yield over 10 years was noted in Rivne, Zhytomyr and Volyn regions, which belong to the Forrest zone (1.09–1.34 t/ha). It is shown that during 2011–2015 high variability of millet yield was observed in Khmelnytskyi, Vinnytsia and Volyn regions. The coefficient of variation was 42.0–71.3%. During 2016–2020 significant variation was noted in Donetsk, Volyn and Odesa regions. The coefficient of variation was 31.8–43.9%. In the period from 2016 to 2020, high plasticity of the yield trait was noted in Vinnitsa, Kyiv, Kharkiv, Poltava, Cherkasy, Sumy and Khmelnitsky regions. During 2016–2020 high plasticity trait of millet yield was in Vinnytsia, Kyiv, Sumy, Kharkiv, Khmelnytskyi, Cherkasy and Poltava regions. Conclusions. According to the results of the studies, it was found that with a reduction in the area under millet in the world, the volume of its production in Ukraine increases. It was determined that the hig­hest yield of millet was obtained in the Forest-Steppe zone during the years of observation. According to the plasticity of millet yield, it was found that favorable conditions for realization of its biological potential were in Donetsk and Kirovohrad regions of Steppe zone, in Forest-Steppe zone of Vinnytsia, Poltava, Kyiv, Kharkiv, Khmelnytskyi, Cherkasy and Sumy regions. | Мета. За результатами кореляційного аналізу посівних площ проса посівного за період 2011–2020 рр. визначено, що площі під посівами проса посівного в Україні залежать від світових (r = 0,34). Визначено, що високий рівень урожайності проса посівного отримано в зоні Лісостепу, а саме в Полтавській, Хмельницькій, Черкаській, Сумській та Харківській областях (2,20–2,51 т/га). Достатньо високі показники отримано у Вінницькій, Київській (зона Лісостепу) та Кіровоградській (зона Степу) областях (1,86–2,02 т/га). Низьку врожайність за 10 років відзначено у Рівненській, Житомирській та Волинській областях, які належать до зони Полісся (1,09–1,34 т/га). Показано, що протягом 2011–2015 рр. висока варіабельність урожайності проса спостерігалася в Хмельницькій, Вінницькій та Волинській областях. Коефіцієнт варіації становив 42,0–71,3%. У 2016–2020 рр. найбільшу варіацію відзначено в Донецькій, Волинській та Одеській областях. Коефіцієнт варіації – 31,8–43,9%. Визначено, що за період 2011–2015 рр. високою пластичністю врожайності проса посівного характеризуються Вінницька, Донецька, Київська, Кіровоградська, Сумська, Харківська, Хмельницька, Черкаська та Полтавська області. У проміжок із 2016 до 2020 рр. високу пластичність ознаки врожайності відзначено у Вінницькій, Київській, Харківській, Полтавській, Черкаській, Сумській та Хмельницькій областях. Висновки. За результатами проведених досліджень установлено, що під час скорочення посівних площ під просом посівним у світі, обсяг його виробництва в Україні збільшується. Визначено, що найбільша врожайність просо посівного за досліджувані роки отримана в зоні Лісостепу. Відповідно до розрахованої пластичності врожайності проса посівного визначено, що для реалізації біологічного потенціалу сприятливі умови були в Донецькій та Кіровоградській областях зони Степу, у лісостеповій зоні – Полтавська, Київська, Харківська, Хмельницька, Черкаська та Сумська області.

Мета. Використовуючи статистичні методи, проаналізувати за показниками екологічної пластичності та стабільності лінії конкурсного випробування пшениці м’якої ярої і виявити серед них такі, що вирізняються високою стабільністю врожайності зерна. Методи. Дослідження проводили протягом 2018–2020 рр. на базі Миронівського інституту пшениці імені В. М. Ремесла НААН. У процесі оброблення отриманих результатів послуговувалися загально­прийнятими методами генетико-статистичного аналізу. Результати. Оцінка селекційного матеріалу в різні роки дає змогу отримати інформацію щодо особливостей реакції генотипів на зміну екологічних умов. У результаті проведених досліджень встановлено, що високопластичними є лінії Lutescens 14-32 (bi = 0,59), Erythrospermum 15-32  (bi = 0,44) і Lutescens 14-47 (bi = 0,22). За розрахунками, екологічно стабільними вважають лінії, варіанса стабільності яких дорівнює нулю (S2di = 0,00) або близька до нуля (S2di = 0,01). З погляду практичності цінними є лінії із сукупним проявом високої екологічної пластичності та стабільності, а саме: Erythrospermum 15-32 (bi = 0,44; S2di = 0,01), що має низьку норму реакції та може забезпечувати незмінно високий рівень врожайності за будь-яких умов вирощування. Найціннішими є генотипи, що поєднують у собі низький рівень коефіцієнта варіації (CV ≤ 10,0%), високу гомеостатичність і селекційну цінність. Серед них – лінії Erythrospermum 15-32 (Hom = 206,42, Sc = 4,11), Lutescens 14-47 (Hom = 98,41, Sc = 3,91), Erythrospermum 17-08 (Hom = 78,57, Sc = 3,76), Erythrospermum 14-65 (Hom = 54,84, Sc = 3,75), Lutescens 14-32 (Hom = 54,60, Sc = 4,17), Lutescens 14-13 (Hom = 35,60, Sc = 3,78) і Lutescens 14-48 (Hom = 46,66, Sc = 3,58). Висновки. Оцінка селекційного матеріалу має важливе значення для створення нових високопродуктивних сортів з адаптивним потенціалом. Метод оцінки екологічної пластичності та варіанси її стабільності дав змогу диференціювати лінії пшениці м’якої ярої конкурсного випробування за реакцією на зміну умов вирощування. Для оптимальнішого відбору селекційного матеріалу за показниками екологічної пластичності та стабільності у селекційних програмах слід враховувати ранжовані оцінки генотипів.

Мета. Порівняльна оцінка за врожайністю та адаптивністю сортів ячменю ярого Миронівського інституту пшениці імені В. М. Ремесла НААН різних років реєстрації. Методи. Дослідження проведені в Миронівському інституті пшениці імені В. М. Ремесла НААН у 2013–2017 рр. відповідно до загальноприйнятих методик. Об’єкт досліджень – 19 сортів ячменю ярого миронівської селекції зареєстрованих в Україні за період 1995–2017 рр. Для характеристики взаємодії генотип–середовище та диференціації сортів за врожайністю і стабільністю використали низку найбільш поширених підходів: S. A. Eberhart, W. A. Russel (1966); G. Wricke (1962); C. S. Lin, M. R. Binns (1988); M. Huehn (1990); А. В. Кильчевский, Л. В. Хотылёва (1985); В. В. Хангильдин, Н. А. Литвиненко (1981); J. L. Purchase та ін. (2000); AMMI; GGE biplot. Результати. Частка умов року досліджень у загальній варіації становила 83,40%. Достовірні, але суттєво нижчі значення мали генотип – 10,65% та взаємодія генотип–середовище – 5,95%. Перші дві головні компоненти GGE biplot пояснювали дещо більшу частку взаємодії генотип–середовище (85,58%) порівняно з AMMI моделлю (80,9%). Кореляційний аналіз виявив, що середня врожайність (Mean) мала вищесередній зв’язок як з максимальним (Max) (r = 0,69), так і мінімальним (Mіn) (r = 0,72) її значеннями. Сильну позитивну кореляцію Mean виявлено з парамет­рами: СЦГі (r = 0,88), Hom (r = 0,86), Sc (r = 0,82). Дуже сильний негативний зв’язок Mean відзначено з Pi (r = -0,96). Для Max середній негативний зв’язок спостерігали лише з Pi (r = -0,60). Mіn сильно корелювала з Sc (r = 0,96), СЦГі (r = 0,87), Hom (r = 0,84). Негативну сильну кореляцію відзначено Min з Sgi (r = -0,86). Між деякими показниками виявлено зв’язок від функціонального позитивного: δ2CAЗi і Кgi (r = 1,00), Wi і Lgi (r = 0,98), СЦГі і Hom (r = 0,98), СЦГі і Sc (r = 0,96), S2di і Wi (r = 0,96), Wi і ASV (r = 0,94), Sc і Hom (r = 0,94), δ2CAЗi і bi (r = 0,93), S2di і ASV (r = 0,93) до сильного негативного: Sgi іСЦГі (r = -0,94), Sgi і Sc(r = -0,92), Sgi і Hom (r = -0,91), Pi і СЦГі (r = -0,83), Pi і Sc (r = -0,80), Pi і Hom (r = -0,79). Висновки. Системна порівняльна оцінка статистичними і графічними підходами свідчить, що внесені до Державного реєстру сортів рослин, придатних для поширення в Україні у 2016–2017 рр. сорти ячменю ярого ‘Віраж’, ‘Талісман Миронівський’, ‘МІП Мирний’, ‘МІП Салют’, ‘МІП Сотник’, ‘МІП Азарт’, ‘МІП Богун’ переважають створені на попередніх етапах селекційної роботи сорти як за продуктивним, так і адаптивним потенціалом.

Purpose. To give comparative estimation of yield productivity and adaptability of spring barley varieties, deve­loped at the V. M. Remeslo Institute of Wheat of NAAS and included to the State Register of Ukraine during 1995–2017. Methods. The study was carried out at the V. M. Remeslo Institute of Wheat of NAAS during 2013–2017 according to accepted methods. Objects of the research – 19 Myronivka spring barley varieties, registered in Ukraine during 1995–2017. To characterize the “genotype–environment” interaction and varieties differentiation according to productivity and stability, a number of the most used approaches were applied: S. A. Eberhart, W. A. Russel (1966); G. Wricke (1962); C. S. Lin, M. R. Binns (1988); M. Huehn (1990); A.V. Kilchevskiy, L.V. Khotyleva (1985); V. V. Khan­gildin, N. A. Litvinenko (1981); J. L. Purchase et al. (2000); AMMI; GGE biplot. Results.The share of year’s conditions in the common variation was 83.40%. Reliable, but significantly lower values were calculated for genotype – 10.65% and “genotype–environment” interaction – 5.95%. The first two principal components of the GGE biplot explain the slightly higher percentage of the “genotype–environment” interaction (85.58%) in comparison with the AMMI model (80.90%). Correlation analysis revealed above-ave­rage positive interrelation of average productivity (Mean) with the maximum (Max) (r = 0.69) as well as the minimum (Min) (r = 0.72) levels. The strong positive correlation was peculiar to Mean with parameters SVGi (r = 0.88), Hom (r = 0.86), Sc (r = 0.82). The strong negative correlation was registered for Mean with Pi (r = -0.96). For Max only average negative correlation with Pi (r = -0.60) was found. Mіn strongly correlated with Sc (r = 0.96), SVGi (r = 0.87) and Hom (r = 0.84). The strong negative correlation Min with Sgi (r = -0.86) was observed. Between the some indices correlation varied from functional and very strong positive: δ2SAAi and Кgi (r = 1.00), Wi and Lgi (r = 0.98), SVGiand Hom (r = 0.98), SVGiand Sc (r = 0.96), S2diand Wi (r = 0.96), WiandASV(r = 0.94), Sc and Hom (r = 0.94), δ2SAAi and bi (r = 0.93), S2diandASV (r = 0.93) to strong negative: SgiandSVGi (r = -0.94), Sgiand Sc(r = -0.92), Sgiand Hom (r = -0.91), PiandSVGi (r = -0.83), Piand Sc (r = -0.80), Piand Hom (r = -0.79).Conclusions. The systemic comparative estimation with statistical and graphical approaches shows that new spring barley varieties ‘Virazh’, ‘Talisman Myronivskyi’, ‘MIP Myrnyi’, ‘MIP Saliut’, ‘MIP Sotnyk’, ‘MIP Azart’, ‘MIP Bohun’ included to the State Register of Ukraine during 2016–2017 have advantages over older varieties by both productive and adaptive potential. | Цель. Результаты. Доля условий годов исследований в общей вариации была 83,40%. Достоверные, но существенно ниже значение имели генотип – 10,65%, взаимодействие генотип–среда – 5,95%. Первые две главные компоненты GGE biplot объясняли несколько большую долю взаимодействия генотип–среда (85,58%) по сравнению с AMMI моделью (80,90%). Корреляционный анализ выявил вышесреднюю связь средней урожайности (Mean) как с максимальным (Max) (r = 0,69), так и минимальным (Min) (r = 0,72) ее уровнем. Сильную положительную корреляцию Mean имела с параметрами: СЦГі (r = 0,88), Hom (r = 0,86), Sc (r = 0,82). Очень сильная отрицательная связь Mean отмечена с Pi (r = -0,96). Для Max средняя отрицательная корреляция была только с Pi (r = -0,60). Min имела сильную связь с Sc (r = 0,96), СЦГі (r = 0,87), Hom (r = 0,84). Сильную отрицательную корреляцию Min отмечено с Sgi (r = -0,86). Между отдельными показателями установлена связь от функциональной и очень сильной положительной: δ2CACi и Кgi (r = 1,00), Wi и Lgi (r = 0,98), СЦГі и Hom (r = 0,98), СЦГі и Sc (r = 0,96), S2di и Wi (r = 0,96), Wi и ASV (r = 0,94), Sc и Hom (r = 0,94), δ2CAЗi и bi (r = 0,93), S2di и ASV (r = 0,93) до сильной отрицательной: Sgi и СЦГі (r = -0,94), Sgi и Sc (r = -0,92), Sgi и Hom (r = -0,91), Pi и СЦГі (r = -0,83), Pi и Sc (r = -0,80), Pi и Hom (r = -0,79). Plants respond to environmental conditions not only by plastic changes to their own development and physiology, but also by altering the phenotypes expressed by their offspring. This transgenerational plasticity was initially considered to entail only negative effects of stressful parental environments, such as production of smaller seeds by resource- or temperature-stressed parent plants, and was therefore viewed as environmental noise. Recent evolutionary ecology studies have shown that in some cases, these inherited environmental effects can include specific growth adjustments that are functionally adaptive to the parental conditions that induced them, which can range from contrasting states of controlled laboratory environments to the complex habitat variation encountered by natural plant populations. Preliminary findings suggest that adaptive transgenerational effects can be transmitted by means of diverse mechanisms including changes to seed provisioning and biochemistry, and epigenetic modifications such as DNA methylation that can persist across multiple generations. These non-genetically inherited adaptations can influence the ecological breadth and evolutionary dynamics of plant taxa and promote the spread of invasive plants. Interdisciplinary studies that join mechanistic and evolutionary ecology approaches will be an important source of future insights.
