anglais. FT-NIR spectroscopy is a powerful technique to characterize fishmeal of different animal species and different vegetable components such as soya and maize. The characterization is made with elaboration based on a comparison between the spectra, point to point. It is also possible to apply chemometric technique such as cluster analysis. On the other hand, FT-NIR spectroscopy gives more information on the composition and structure of matters to distinguish the different components of feed, bringing an important contribution for the traceability of raw materials

La caratterizzazione viene effettuata tramite un'elaborazione basata sul confronto fra gli spettri, punto per punto. E' pure possibile applicare una tecnica chemiometrica come la cluster analisi.
