DEUTSCH: Schaetzung der taegl. Aufnahme von OTA durch den Verbraucher auf Basis vorliegender mittl. Konzentrationen in verschiedenen Lebensmitteln. Lt. DFG (1990) werden taeglich etwa 80 ng aufgenommen (ca. 1 ng/kg Gewicht). Geschaetzte, tolerierbare taegl. OTA-Aufnahme 4.2 ng/kg Gewicht (DFG, 1990).
