Abstract: Recipes using soybeans are provided for appetizers and snacks, soups and breakfast dishes, main dishes, breads, and sweet things. Basic techniques of using soybeans are explained and a glossary discusses soybean products and other items useful in soybean cookery. Information on nutrition is included. Advantages of the soybean in relation to world food needs are noted.
