Bread in nutrition of children and youth

The nutritional value of several products under the term "bread" based on wheat and flour is discussed. Different additives (wheat germs, whey powder, milk powder, soya flour, wheat bran and gluten flour) were used for enrichment of these products. The increase in essential nutrients is given in tables.
