Evaluation of grape in Isparta and products obtained from grape

According to the data of 1996, fresh grape (40.963 ton/year) was obtained from 8.013 ha area in Isparta. The fresh grape was used approximately table grape 50%, grape juice 35%, and raisin 15%. About 1% of the fresh grape was evaluated by other methods. Grape juice was used for making pekmez, bestel, agda, pekmez sucugu, cakal helvasi, sour grape juice, vinegar and intoxicating drying
