Food fibres of wheat brans, M and B polymixin, enzymes solizyme and amylase are investigated to develop a technology of fibres composition having antibiotic, enzymatic and detoxificational properties. The research involved the immobilization as a basic method. The immobilized enzymes and antibiotics are characterized. Physico-chemical, production and detoxificational compositions are studied.
