In years 1999 and 2000 the most relevant Estonian apple varieties 'Suegisjoonik', 'Talvenauding', 'Liivi kuldrenett', 'Tellisaare', 'Lobo' and some imported apple varieties 'Gloster', 'Jonagold', 'Granny Smith' and 'Golden' were studied. The fruit dry matter, elementary content, vitamin C and carotene contents were measured. The results of these and storage experiments are given in several tables and figures
