On middle-improved sod-podzolic light loamy soil at application of N90P60K90-120v winter wheat has more widely range of optimum acidity of sod-podzolic light loamy soil: from 5,5 to 6,5. protein content in grain incresed to second level. The next acidity decrease of sod-podzolic light loamy soil did not influence protein and gluten content
