This paper presents a methodology for analyzing the competitiveness of agribusiness valuenetworks. The methodological approach consists of three stages of analysis confined within theLogical Framework: the diagnosis of the network sustained on competitive advantage and theanalysis of environmental megatrends based on strategic prospective method and the businessmodels; defining the central problem and their causal relationship, and the definition ofstrategic actions. The expected outputs of the implementation are: determining the competitiveposition of the network, the construction of the complex causal, and the design of an effectiveintervention strategy that promotes competitive development integrated for focused and viableactions.
