Французский. Apres une etude bibliographique sur les plantes aromatiques, l'etude porte sur un sechoir solaire pilote pour le sechage de la menthe. La realisation de ce sechoir a permis d'etudier la cinetique du sechage, et de comparer la qualite du produit seche avec le sechage naturel et le sechage mecanique utilisant un petit sechoir de laboratoire a resistance electrique.
