The course and effects of the alcoholic fermentation with application of a new strain of distillery yeasts characterized by the amylolitic properties have been evaluated. The aim of our work was to select possibly the most reduced doses of three glucoamylase preparations: Amigase Plus, Glukopol P-15 and Cormay G.A used in Polish agriculture distilleries for saccharification of starch in mashes
