Investigation for the suitability of the Turbo Broiler for baking products was done in comparison with a standard oven. Pies, breads, pizzas, cakes and cookieswere used for the experiment and the products were tested organoleptically. The results indicated that the Turbo Broiler was suitable for baking pies and breads but not for pizzas, cakes and cookies. (Narong Niyomvit and Boonma Zungsontiporn)
