Evaluation of storage and nutritive value of rapeseed cakes from oil pressing "in cold pressing"

The aim of this study was the evaluation of the nutritive value and storability of rapeseed cakes and oil. Samples of rapeseed cakes were collected and stored in the fridge (10 deg C) and at laboratory temperatures, in closed and open beakers. Rapeseed cakes and oil were analyzed immediately and 6 months after processing. The content of organic nutrients, fats, nutritive value, glucosinolate and mineral matter was measured.
