Obtaining of mixed adsorbents for wine clarification

A successful attempt for obtaining of adsorbent silicagel, modified with zirconium oxide by two methods was made: 1. Silicagel modifying by soaking with an aqueous solution of zirconium osmohydrate oxychloride. 2. Co-sedimentation. The reaction of the obtained adsorbents in the wine clarification was tested. A good adsorbtion ability towards some phenolic compounds and tanins was carried out.
