The research work was carried out in the area of basic elements of opportunities in development of cooperated entrepreneurship and their interconnection. The opportunities of activization of co-operated entrepreneurship in rural area exist in the: production and processing of food raw materials; development of alternative agricultural branches; processing food industry - mainly in regional processing enterprises and commercialised domestic industry.
