This study aims to analyze successful factors of the prestige E brand developed as one of the accomplishing methods the strengthening of competitiveness and to suggest activation programs. The successful factors of the prestige E brand are powdered red pepper of best quality, consistency system in production-purchasing-processing-sale, high-price policy and positive public relations.
