Beta-glucan content in malts depending on barley place of cultivation

Results of determination of beta-glucan content in malts from two barley varieties grown in various places are presented. Obtained results showed, that the lowest beta-glucan content was observed in malts from place of cultivation at Lublin and Dolny Slask region, and the highest beta-glucan content was observed in malts from Mazowsze and Malopolska (Poland)
