Phosphine is a gas, known for its raticide and insecticide efficiency. It has been previously shown in our laboratory that it does not leave some toxic residue in foodstuffs. In this work, its antifungic action is examined in purpose to use for protection of food stocks against mycotoxin productive moulds.
