德语. Die Bestimmung der Aldolase-Aktivitaet bei 123 Bullen zeigte eine Korrelation zum Schlachtgewicht und den Tageszunahmen in der Endmast. Eine Regressionsanalyse ergab, dass Jungbullen mit hoeherer ALD-Aktivitaet bei Mastbeginn mehr Muskelanteil im M. longiss. dorsi und weniger Knochenanteil besitzen. Die ALD-Aktivitaet im 1. Mastmonat koennte ein Hilfsmerkmal fuer den Protein- und Fettgehalt des langen Rueckenmuskels sein.
