Attempts of production of aronia-apple spirits

Chemical composition of distillates obtained from aronia fruits and apple concentrate was analysed. The analysis proved purposefulness of alcohol production from these raw materials. Most favourable appeared to be the 20 percentage share of aronia sugars in fermentation settings
