The antagonistic activities of conditionally pathogenic microorganisms, their ability to influence the cholesterol content in a nutrient medium and resistance to bilious salts of strains of lactic and bifidobacteria, obtained from intestines of healthy children and calves, are investigated for the further use while making certain functional products.
