Influence of probiotics on content of fat and fatty acids in chicken meat

In this study the results obtained indicate that use of probiotics in feed for fattening chickens have significant influence on reduction of fat in drumstick meat and breast meat of chicken. Also chicken that were fed with probiotic in feed had largest content of oleic acid, lauric acid and ricinenic acids in fat tissue.
