ITALIANO: Il contenuto in % di trienantina nella materia grassa viene determinato facendo uso di un apposito software. Le aree corrette relative alla trienantina ed ai trigliceridi vengono determinate sovrapponendo il gascromatogramma del campione alla linea di base predeterminata, ottenuta iniettando il solvente puro nelle stesse condizioni cromatografiche.

English. The percentage content of TE in the fats was evaluated by using an appropriate software. The areas relative to the TE and triglycerides were determined by superimposing the gaschromatogram of the sample to the base line obtained by injecting pure solvent in the same chromatographic conditions.
