German. Die Untersuchungsergebnisse zeigen, dass eine Erhoehung des CO2-Gehaltes der Luft waehrend der Lagerung die Qualitaet von Konsum-Kartoffeln nachhaltig beeinflussen kann. Fuer die praktische Lagerung ist zu empfehlen, in allen Phasen der Lagerung einen Anstieg des CO2-Gehaltes in der Lagerumluft zu vermeiden.
