[Technology of starter enriched milk substitute]

A dry milk substitute was enriched with whey proteins by introducing albumine milk. Ways for obtaining stable protein-fat emulsion were determined. Physical and chemical characteristics of the dry and reconstituted substitute were examined. The results of the test feeding of calves are presented.
