The automation systems in brewing industry are based traditionally on the control of some physical and chemical process parameters like temperature, flow rate, pH, pressure, which indirectly related to the wort and beer quality. The article considers the application of densitometers, high gravity blendin, CO2 and O2 measurement, flow cytometry, electronic nose and biosensers.
