With decreasing of the public interest to the fats in human nutritions after 1960s, milk proteins gained more importance. Even, in some countries, milk prices adjusted according to the milk protein contents. Milk proteins are superior than other nutrients and foods because of its amino acid balances nearest to human body and being digestible easily.
